Ringing Rocks Park

Pottstown, PA (Montgomery county)

The 9th Association reunion was held in 1913 at Ringing Rocks. The park was one of the earliest trolley parks constructed (1894). The park offered a number of amusements and amenities. One of the main pavilions started as a dance pavilion and later became a roller rink still in operation near what remains of the park.  There are still small picnic pavilions there today.

The Lower Pottsgrove Historical Society has a very nice page on the park HERE. They also have additional postcard and other pictures along with some recorded music from the park.
