Black Bear Park

Description/History
Black Bear Park just east of Reading, PA hosted the 1908 reunion of the Association. Based on information gathered so far the park was situated east of Reading along the East Reading Street Railway line which also further extended to Carsonia Park another location of future Boyer reunions. More information may be garnered by a visit to the Berks County Historical Society where there is a large amount of historical material about the area. Further research by the Association or volunteers is still needed.
